Presented is a Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez dual signed Louisville Slugger P72 Jeter model baseball bat. The Hall of Fame New York Yankees shortstop, Jeter, signed his name in silver marker on the barrel of the black wood bat, while his former Yankees teammate, Rodriguez, signed below Jeter, also in silver marker. The bat is engraved in silver with the Louisville Slugger logo and the legend Genuine P72 Derek Jeter New York Yankees at the end of the barrel. Jeter made over 12,500 plate appearances in his 20 Major League Baseball seasons, and every single one of them was with a Louisville Slugger P72. Upon his retirement at the end of the 2014 season, Louisville Slugger retired the P72 bat and renamed it the DJ2. This item comes with a COA from Steiner and an MLB Authenticated hologram (BB655180).
